1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and queenplay ("queenplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the queenplay website located at queenplay.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and any other gaming or entertainment services offered by queenplay (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by queenplay will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on the queenplay Platform, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active queenplay account. Creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate accounts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the queenplay Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your queenplay wallet in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.
• queenplay accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

queenplay may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all queenplay promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6. Game Rules, Fairness & System Integrity

queenplay provides games sourced from certified third-party game studios including but not limited to PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All games available on queenplay are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. By launching any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
• queenplay games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by recognised third-party testing agencies. The results of all games are final once settled and may not be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or any system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, queenplay reserves the right to declare the affected game void and refund all wagers placed on that game round. queenplay will not be liable for any perceived or actual winnings resulting from a malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

queenplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Filipino players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their queenplay account settings. Once a limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit queenplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

queenplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the queenplay Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. 12. Amendments to These Terms
