1. Data Controller
queenplay ("queenplay," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at queenplay.vip, is the Data Controller of the personal information you provide when registering for and using the queenplay Platform. queenplay processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

- Contact Data: Your Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart), email address, and residential address in the Philippines. This data is used for account communication, OTP delivery, and regulatory correspondence.
- Financial Data: Your registered GCash or Maya account number, BPI/BDO/Metrobank account details where applicable, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account balance information. queenplay does not store your full bank card numbers or online banking credentials.
- Technical Data: Your IP address, device type and model, browser type and version, operating system, session timestamps, and login history. This data is collected automatically when you access the queenplay Platform.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the queenplay Platform, including games played, bet amounts and outcomes, session duration, feature interactions, and bonus usage patterns.
- Communications Data: Records of your interactions with the queenplay customer support team, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and support ticket history.
- Marketing Preferences: Your consent status for promotional communications, including SMS notifications and email campaigns, and any opt-out requests you have submitted.
3. How queenplay Uses Your Personal Data
queenplay uses the personal data described above for the following purposes:

- Service Improvement: To analyse aggregated usage data to improve game selection, platform performance, and user experience for Filipino players.
- Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, but only where you have provided explicit consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
queenplay processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and queenplay — including account registration, game access, payment processing, and customer support.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including anti-money laundering obligations under AMLA, age verification requirements under PAGCOR regulations, and tax reporting obligations.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for queenplay's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data
queenplay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. queenplay shares your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment service providers receive the minimum data necessary to process your transactions.
- Game Studios: Licensed third-party game studios (including PG Soft and Pragmatic Play) may receive anonymised session data for game performance and RTP verification purposes only.
- Regulatory Authorities: queenplay will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, or other Philippine government bodies when required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party service providers engaged by queenplay to assist with identity verification, fraud detection, customer support technology, and platform hosting, subject to strict data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention
queenplay retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your queenplay account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction as required by the AMLA and its implementing regulations.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, or longer if the interaction relates to an ongoing dispute or investigation.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as your marketing consent is active and for one (1) year following any withdrawal of consent, for compliance audit purposes.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, queenplay will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in a manner consistent with industry best practices.
8. Security Measures
queenplay implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
- 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the queenplay Platform.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including government ID numbers and financial account identifiers.

10. Children, Minors & Age Restriction
queenplay strictly prohibits access to its Platform by any person under the age of 21. queenplay does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If queenplay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will promptly close the relevant account, return any deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulations, and delete all associated personal data.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has created a queenplay account, please contact queenplay's customer support immediately with details of the account.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfers
queenplay's primary data processing occurs within the Philippines. Where queenplay engages third-party service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, certain cloud infrastructure providers or game studio partners), such transfers are made only where:
- The receiving country has been recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection; or
- Appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect the personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines; or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between queenplay and the data subject (e.g., processing a game round provided by an overseas-licensed studio).
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
queenplay reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable Philippine law or NPC guidance, or changes in the queenplay Platform. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to all registered queenplay players via email notification or a prominent notice on the queenplay Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the queenplay Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
